A few days ago saw a grim date in
American history, one that will long be remembered as an ominous
turning point for America- nay, the entire world- and looked upon
with horror by future generations cursed to live in its cold, bleak
shadow...
'Cause it was my birthday on Wednesday!
And it was a pretty nice birthday, in spite of some sad events in the past year that played were one of the main reasons for the rarity of new posts at The Superfluous Man in 2012. If you're one of the
people who likes this place, I apologize for that, and I hope to make
2013 a much more interesting year.

being able to write things that people actually read means a lot to me, even if I
haven't been able to do so here as much lately, and I hope you'll
keep reading here for a long time to come.
